The Codd Family have built a state of the art, high tech, purpose built facility. We grow our mushrooms on aluminium shelving, in climate controlled rooms. Each of the growing rooms are equipped with automated watering systems and a dedicated computerised harvesting IT management system which details yields, assists in forecasting and ensures traceability back to harvester. After Vacuum Cooling our product, it is wrapped, weighed and labelled in a purpose built packhouse based on site.
